Introductory Middle Eastern Belly Dance Classes
Mondays, September 13-October 18 (6 classes), 6:45-7:45 PM
Anglican Church Hall - Kentville
$45 until September 3, $50 thereafter
This class is for new dancers or anyone who has been dancing for up to a year. We will be learning introductory movements and veil dancing.
Please bring: water bottle, comfortable clothing, yoga mat or towel for seated stretches.

Middle Eastern Dance Choreography
Mondays, September 13-October 18 (6 classes), 8:00-9:00 PM
Anglican Church Hall - Kentville
$45 until September 3, $50 thereafter
This class is for anyone who has previously attended Introductory Class, or is currently enrolled in the Introductory Class. We will be learning choreography, basic rhythms on zills, and more advanced movements. (If you have experience with another instructor please let me know and we will discuss which class is best for you).
Please bring: water bottle, comfortable clothing, zills, yoga mat or towel for seated stretches.

Mommy and Me Movement
Wednesdays, September 15-October 6 (4 classes), 11:00-11:40 AM
Colleen's Home Studio
$30 "per duo" until September 3, $35 thereafter
This is a class for Moms and their babies & pre-school children. For non-walking children please bring a front pack. We will be playing with veils and scarves and doing simple movements to the musc.

Register for more than one of the above classes and save $5.

Special Events

Private Classes for You and Your Friends
Invite Colleen to teach a private class at your home or a location of your choice. With a minimum of 3 friends the class is free for you (the host).

Workshops in Your Community
Suggest a workshop location to Colleen and if there is adequate interest she will come to your community in Nova Scotia to provide a workshop. You can also suggest a theme: Veils, zills and rhythms, choreography, or "a bit of everything".

Colleen, you have a knack for finding that one tiny thing to help us do the moves properly. I'd tried to do some of those moves before but they just wouldn't work out, in your workshop you said one little thing and it all fell into place and I could do the move! It felt great!
